The service came back up, but it is down again with the same error as of this morning. vzw_customer_support Can someone please look into it?
The same thing is happening to me today. Since my phone died yesterday, while waiting for the replacement I was hoping to use the web messaging if needed - but it hasn't been available the entire day.
Same problem for 2 days. I can't have my cell phone with me where I am so I rely on the web interface.
