Trying to use Verizon Messages because I don't have access to my phone.
When I use the website, it works but not for some people.
It shows that a message is sent, but I don't receive their responses on the site.
When I do check the phone it receives them. They just don't come through on the website.
It's very unreliable. How can I fix it?
Seems like if 2 people have the same name, it confuses the web app. It isn't capable of having 2 text threads with the same name even with different numbers. What a joke. Then you can't fix it even after adding a last name. You'd have to exclusively use their buggy Verizon Messages app and add last names to every contact.
The only way to remedy this is to start a group text. Add the person and message that way. This is ridiculous. Something so basic and simple. How do you submit a ticket? I'm tired or Verizon support saying thanks for bringing this to my attention.
