I have been using the Verizon Messages app that works with Windows on my desktop for months. All of a sudden a few weeks ago, it just stops working. When I called Verizon, it took the rep several minutes to discover there was an internal technical problem that she claimed was being worked on, but it is now several weeks later and the app still does not function. Can anyone explain what is going on? Is there another app that can be used in its place for my desktop? Are they really working to resolve the issues? I have been a Verizon customer for 20 years, I stay with Verizon because they seem to stand for excellence in all that they do. This time however, something is very wrong.
