Verizon Messages not receiving SMS

HI!

I have been using Verizon messages on my iPhone and iPad with no issues. As of yesterday, Messages is bo longer receiving SMS or syncing. I can send messages, but that's it. Help is appreciated. Thank you!

This issue has already been reported and Verizon Messages team has been engaged. Something goofy happened with the newest update. Affecting many devices.

I love being able to use the Verizon Messages+ application with my Apple devices as well. I certainly want to make sure that we get to the bottom of this right away! When this started happening, did you make any changes to your devices (new software updates, new applications, etc)? When your phone is connected to data, do you receive any Messages+ message or only through your native message app?
