In Verizon messages on my laptop, I select "Add to Contacts" for a text entry and it brings up People with "Choose a contact". It used to bring up People in the edit mode (Add a contact). Even when I hit the "+" at the bottom of the People screen it does nothing.
Don't know if it a People problem or Verizon Messages problem.
People runs fine if launched from windows and it allows me to Add a contact.

Thanks for reaching out to the community. It's a great place to get answers to questions. Sorry to hear that the programs aren't working the way they did previously. Do you know when the change first happened? Do you recall if either received a software update at that time?

What make/model laptop and what OS do you see the issue with? I have Windows 10 on my HP 64bit desktop and have no issue with either the website accessing messaging or the desktop Message+ app to open a new contact window for a text message with undefined number.
