My Messages app opens on my laptop but then it just sits there "thinking". I am not able to send or receive messages. It was working just find a couple of days ago. I tried to troubleshoot but nothing worked. What do I do to fix this?

VICHIL4, we want this to work for you. When did this issue start happening? Did you recently update the software on your device or for that Verizon Messaging application? Let's make sure that this isn't a memory capacity issue. Try deleting all unwanted text messages and power your device off/on to soft reset.
