Since the recent update to the website (Verizon portal) I keep getting strange errors when attempting to check my messages or send messages. I have tried no less then 15 different computers and three different browser on all of the 15. I have used IE firefox and chrome nothing works at the moment. I had a saved link that would some times bypass the 403 error and allow me access but as of tonight it no longer seems to work at all.

I have also tried clearing browser caches and reinstalled browsers. This error is on Verizon's website end and has been annoying me a while.
We know how important it is to be able to keep in touch with people. It's absolutely our pleasure to assist. I'm sorry to hear that you've had so much trouble but we truly appreciate all the work you've put into resolving this by trying it on different computers and browsers. What happens when you go through the main Verizon Wireless website https://www.verizonwireless.com/solutions-and-services/apps/verizon-messages/? Have you tried to download the desktop app? Do you have any issue receiving or sending messages on your phone or tablet through Message +?

I have the exact same issue. Have been using the web app for years, but starting a few weeks ago, I now get the 403 error. Please fix ASAP.
We understand the urgency to get this fixed. We will submit feedback about what is going on. Have you been able to download the application using the link provided? Does the same error come up?

I too am having the same error. I can't download the desktop client since I am on a work computer with Windows 7. I've tried chrome (primary), firefox and explorer. same response. I've logged in thru private browsing, no luck.
