Verizon Text Online not updating

I recently started using Verizons "Text Online" option when I am at home and on my PC. Initially it worked fine but after August 10th I have not receieved any new messages through the "Text Online" on the webpage or the Windows 10 Desktop Verizon Messages app. My phone still sends and recives text as normal but the online version seems to have stalled. Any ideas why and how to fix it?
