In the past as off two weeks ago I was able to access verizons web app that would allow me to access to view and send text messages online while at work. However I log in this week to see that verizon is advertising its desktop app. Im an not downloading the desktop app. I want to use the web app. So when I click on the go to web app button, I am sent back to the same page as if I clicked the refresh button and nothign happened. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
curiouskat95, we know the importance of ensuring you have access to send text messages online. I reviewed our Verizon Messages website application and I was able to successfully select the web application option. Have you tried clearing your web browser cache and cookies? Please try accessing the Verizon Messages web application option using another device to test? We'll be standing by for your results. TanishaS_VZW
