I have a brand new Moto g4 play prepaid. For some reason my Verizon messages app won't send video messages it did before with my Moto E but it won't now. It just says sending but never does. I tried sending myself the message, I cleared the data, removed and reinstalled update because the app is permanently installed in the Moto g4. I used the default Android messages app and it worked. What can I do fix this.
