Hi..lately my contacts in this app have either changed to unknown or just their last name..so odd, a bunch of the contacts.

On what device are you seeing this? The Win10 M+ desktop app and M+ web browser access has ongoing issues with contacts, but my android moto z4 doesn't have the issue.
