as of right now (8/21@ 8:55 EDT .... the web page/web version that you get, still has link to the windows 10 app .... why, if the app does not work?
It would be nice if the Verizon representatives replying on the many threads asking about this problem actually had a clue and informed people that, indeed, the app is not working. This is insane. They just keep telling people "Let's see if we can help you" when elswhere in their own company, people know that the app just won't work.
