Verizon messages

The ability to send and receive text messages in Verizon's website will be discontinued on 12/11/23

I use that feature at work where I am not allowed to have a cellphone or any other personal electronic devices.

Is there going to be something to replace that feature that can be accessed online?

Anyone know of a way to check my text messages on a computer?

Depending on your device, you may be able to sync your text messages to your computer. What is the make and model of your device? What texting app are you using on your phone?

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy A11 and am using Message+

It's at work where I need to check my messages as I cannot have my cellphone there.

Cannot be an app that has to be installed either as I cannot install things.

JustineMcInvale, thanks for clarifying. As noted earlier, Message+/Verizon Messages has been retired. I'd recommend reviewing the Google Play Store, for apps which may offer access to a messaging service that has access outside or in addition to a messaging app.

Will Message+ stop working on my phone at some point?

The issue is where I work. They are real restrictive as to what sites can be accessed.

For instance I could access the Verizon messages site, but the other site mentioned elsewheres here I cannot access at work.

Thing is Message+ was in my opinion so much better than the stock Samsung app and Verizon Messages was real convenient.

Also I'm not sure that I'd 100% trust a third party app with text messages unless the app was put out by a known company such as y'all, Samsung, Google ETC...

Yes Message+ is being retired, and will eventually stop working.
