Verizon messaging not working

Why is the Verizon messaging app not working? Each time I try to access it, it pops up saying "message+  keeps stopping" I've tried all kinds of troubleshooting but nothing seems to work. How do I fix this?

I am so sorry for the delay, Jestersmith. I understand there was an issue with the Message + app that caused the app to crash a couple of days ago. The problem was resolved and messages should be working at this time.

As someone who uses my own Messaging application constantly, I can imagine how frustrating this must be.  We are to help turn this around ASAP.  This post shows that it was sent two days ago.  Are you still experiencing this same issue with your Message +?

Repeatedly get "Message+ has stopped"

NEED this for accessing my accounts because they send me a code I have to enter to be able to see my aacounts.  PLEASE FIX FAST!!!

Is the built-in message app available to you?  That's what I ended up using.

Same thing for me too. Tried everything. I had to download a new message app to send and recieved messages.

Any advice on an alternate apps?  Would love to get away from Verizon's non-working CrApp.

I am so sorry that is happening and we certainly know how important text messaging is. Are you still having this same issue? If the answer is yes, we would like for you to uninstall the Message plus app and then reinstall and power your device off and on again. Thanks for sharing.  I tried calling and was on hold forever.  Then I tried the "live" chat and no one responded there either.  I gues they are swamped!! Smiley Mad
