I'm having a [removed] of a time figuring out if I can keep my 4gb plan which is at 110 per month, but reduce the bill to under 100 in anyway by limiting talk and text?

No, Verizon has no plans like that.
All the new plans included unlimited talk & text as far as I know.
You may want to consider "Total Wireless" if you want to lower your bill & keep Verizon coverage. BUT, there are a few tradeoffs with "Total Wireless" that may or may not fit your needs.
-No roaming-only works on Verizon native towers
-No advanced calling features
-4g available, but limited to 5 mps speed
-Customer service not the best if you have a problem
-Make sure your phone is compatible before porting your number (you won't be able to get it back)
It's a great idea to evaluate all your plan options. In this case our current plan options only contain unlimited data and texts.
