I have downloaded Verizon messaging app, WiFi connected. Input the number but the app won’t send the code link to that number. Any ideas?

Is the number you're inputting a/the number on your Verizon account? It has to be the number associated with your Verizon logon profile you want to use Message+ for. Be aware, the Message+ platform is in the process of being retired in the next several months.

Hello, Suzanne82, we want to make sure you're able to send and receive messages. To make sure we're on the same page, are you referring to the Message+ app? What model phone are you currently using?
