Visible/Verizon porting Text Messages Issues

Went to check out Visible by Verizon NEVER switched carriers, and @Visible customer service started porting my number without authorization. Now my text messages are hung up on the Verizon server and nobody can apparently help. May have to change my number of 25+ years; filed FCC complaint, BBB complaint, and filed with NYS Attorney General. This is a KNOWN ISSUE as there are hundreds of posts dating back two years..
