When I receive calls, and when I try to access my voice messages = get a "siren" type sound. Anyone help me with this?

Try dialing *73, wait for a tone or tones, then hang up.
This will remove any call forwarding that may be active on the line (whether you intentionally set it up or not) and has resolved this for at least one person I know of.
