Hi. I send a text to my son using our PC via email (@vtext.com). His replies go to the main phone number listed on our plan. Is there a way to change the phone number a vtext reply goes to or have the reply go to the email of the sender? Thanks.
Happy to help! From the sound of it you may be signing in with the Account Owner number so that may be what is happening. To be sure, is the number that receives the Vtext also the number that you log in with to use the Vtext feature? If so, you may need to register the line that you would like to receive the messages with a My Verizon account.
