Vzwpix Discontinued?

Has Vzwpix been discontinued?

I have not been able to send any images from my phone to my e-mail since the end of June.  The last successful send was on 30, June 2023.  There have been three attempts since 1, July that have all been unsuccessful.

I understand some delay, but 3 days is a bit worrisome.  I use this feature to send Bible messages to family members.

It's working for me. Are you sending them to:

phonenumber @ vzwpix.com

but without the spaces to avoid the forum's spam filter.

We are sorry to read that you're having issues with sending these images, we'll be glad to help out. Could you tell us how you're trying to send the images? What app are you using?

Hi Freddy.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S22.  I am using the [android] Messages app that was installed on the phone.

I tried sending to another e-mail in case the issue was on the ISP side and it also failed.

I'm sorry you have been having these difficuties. It may be blocked by your email. Can you send an email from your phonewith the pic  to the email address? Can you use Data with wifi off? If the answer is yes. We recommend emailing the picture or downloaing them using a Cloud app like Verizon Cloud. Learn more here: https://www.verizon.com/support/verizon-cloud-faqs/ -Joe

Hi.

I just tried forwarding a text message via  vtext.com and it went through fine.   I tried sending an image to three different e-mail address:  Yahoo, AOL & Gmail.  Only the Gmail went through.

Looking at the error message that came into my phone -  it is showing as if it tried to send as vtext, not vzwpix.

So, you're forwarding text messages (with pictures) to email addresses using the Samsung messages app and having issues?  Have you tried using Verizon's Message+ app?  Have you contacted the developers of the messaging app you're using via the app feedback to see if they respond?  Have you searched/posted on the Samsung forums to see if other Samsung users are reporting similar issues?
