Wearable Quick replies won't sync to my Smart Watch?

I've edited them several times in the Verizon Messages app on my phone, saved them and power cycled both devices and they do not update on the watch, not even the ones I just delete.

Phone: Moto Z Force Droid

Watch: Moto 360 2nd Gen

Both on most recent software and app updates. I don't see any way to sync them together

I'm sorry you were having problems syncing the messages. I love seeing messages on my watch while I'm away from my device.Let's get to the bottom of this quickly. Are other messages syncing? Are you getting an error message? When did this start?
