Thank you for letting us know. Have you tried to uninstall the app and then reinstall it from your device, in order to re-sync it? Please send us a Private Note so that we can reply back and forth to assist with the issue.

So, it's been nearly a month since you asked your question, and I answered it.  If you are going to help me with this problem, could you please just do it?

I sent you the screen shot of what I see when I log in to the Web ve3rsion of Message+.  Now what?
