All messages in the web messenger app have disappeared. Most of the conversations were started on the same computer I am unable to view them on.
I am having the same trouble. My messages wont load on the web app

I wouldn't be happy if all of my messages on the web messenger disappeared. I'll be happy to help. Just to clarify; is this for the Verizon Message + application and where exactly are you going on the web to access your messages? When did this start?
