Web app at Verizon now useless....what's next, complete failure?

Web based app quit working on 8/24 for me. I was out of town, so I only checked with my phone, which, thankfully still works with messenger/message+. This is getting completely out of hand for Verizon and its customers.
Basically, your phone it your only portal to use now. This terrible - big time.
Polling others that have noticeed the sme problem...
BTW, my problems started around 8/4 originally, the web based app was a workaround, and it is now defunct...

Well, this morning some of the messages updated on the Web app, but not all. Whatever is the matter has to be affecting all of the Verizon employees, amazed Verizon hasn't jumped into action...
