Web app not syncing sent messages to phone

When I send a message from the Verizon Messages website on my pc, my sent message does not sync with my phone (Samsung Note 3). Sent and received from the website show up on the website, but sent messages from the website don't show up on my phone. Is this a known issue?

That's odd, let's see what's causing the problem! When did the issue begin? When a messager is sent/received from yuor device does it sync to the website.

I've noticed the issue in the last month. Every message I send or receive

from my phone syncs to the website. The issue is my sent messages from the

web interface does not sync to my phone.

That would certainly concern me. These should certainly sync. Do they ever show up at a later time or do they never show up? Were they syncing prior to this starting?

The sent messages haven't shown up yet. This used to not be a problem. I

noticed the sent messages not syncing for the last month or maybe more.

That's a big help. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application? Is your Verizon Messages app on your phone up to date?

I am using the web app https://web.vma.vzw.com/vma/webs2/Message.do and I

am using the stock version of messages app for my Samsung Note 3 which is

up to date.

Don't argue with an idiot, he'll drag you down to his level and beat you

with experience.

We definitely want to assist in getting this concern resolved for you. Please uninstall (or choose the option to uninstall updates) and download a fresh copy of the app. Once you are logged back in again, please test.

I am using the Verizon Web App... Nothing is downloaded.
