I use the Web app on a Mac, with Chrome. The app requires me to login about every hour, if I haven't used it. I'm guessing at the time, because I haven't measured it. Regardless the actual time, the user experience is very annoying. I'd like to see it require a login once every 24 hours, at least. Can this be addressed?
We want to make it as convenient as possible for you to use the web app when and how you need to Grommie. Let's work together to customize a solution for your web app access. Which web app are you using? For example, are you referring to Verizon Messages, Verizon Cloud, email. etc? Has the web app always required a login about every hour of inactive use?
