Weird text log number

On one of my phones, it shows 000-003-6742 in my text log. What is this number? Or, where do I find out that information? Thanks.

It is an SMS Short Code.  It does not show assigned in https://usshortcodedirectory.com/directory/?fwp_sort=brand_asc nor http://www.short-codes.com/
