For the last month, my phone has stopped showing the text that I type. The only way to see it is to hit the get ready to send button, where it will show it. I then have to fix any typo's from memory, and try again. Only when I am ready to send it, does it show the words..
I had that issue on occasion with the Dinc. I would download the Handcent App to use for messaging.
Also HTC makes the Incredible, not LG
Are you using the stock text app, or an app you downloaded from the Marketplace?
If you are using the stock app, you may want to try an app from the marketplace. I personally use Handcent which is much better than the stock app.
If you are currently using a downloaded app, you could try deleting it and re-installing the app.
