When will Message + be available for pc download?

Now only available for ios and android.  I read several months ago that Verizon was working on it and would like an update.

If you have Win10, here is a link to a zipped saved copy of the VZW Message+ v1.0.17.0 .exe install file:

Both versions work but there may be sync'ing issues with other devices.  We have all been waiting for a new version appearing in the Windows Store but haven't heard anything.
