Hovmond, thanks for your inquiry. Great question and thank you Suzy Q for your input!

 

If the person attempting to text you is a VZW subscriber, they will receive a message saying "Delivery failed. Invalid destination or service blocked at destination". Also receives a text message alert - "You cannot send messages to destinations that are blocked by the account owner."

 

If they are a non-VZW subscriber, they will show the message sent, but receive no delivery confirmation.

No, but if they attempt to send you a text message, they will get a notification that the message is undeliverable due to restrictions.

No they don't receive any notice.  When I get blocked I am not notified in any way.
