Recently I have been experiencing a delay in receiving some messages, and some of my sent messages are not being received by the other person at all. It's usually a delay of a few hours, and it happens with multiple people. It seems to be just a few random messages that have problems, it's about 50/50 whether or not I receive the text on time. I also noticed that around the same time the problem started, (Wednesday 12/7) all my messages started being marked as "sent" instead of "delivered" on Message+. Some of these messages still get through, but there seems to be a correlation.
I have tried soft resetting and deleting all my texts, but the problem still continues. Is this a problem with my phone or with Verizon? Should I factory reset?

I actually uninstalled all the updates from Message+ and reinstalled, and it seems to be working now. Must have just been a glitch with the app. The messages are still saying "sent" instead of "delivered," but there's no problem sending or receiving messages anymore. Thank you for your help.

We always want to make sure you are receiving your text in a timely manner. Let's work together to resolve. Have you noticed if this happens on both WiFi and cellular data? Is it regular text and picture messages?
