On my Samsung Edge 6, I keep getting the message "Unfortunately, Message+ has stopped." It takes me a long time trying to send a text. What do I need to do?

Let's work on getting your message + feature working SLWLLMS. It shouldn't take that amount of time to send a text. I would first try resetting the app. Here is a link with the steps http://vz.to/2re2IDz. Once you have performed this step you can power your phone off and on.
