I'm experiencing a slow message sync on my Windows laptop. I'd like to hear an explanation from a Verizon representative. My device is clean of junk files and up to date on updates. Speed test at my end shows a fast WiFi connection...
While the other programs and apps run well on my machine, this messaging app is frequently slow to sync and bring in messages. I wonder why.
