Why am I not receiving messages over wifi

UNLESS I have the message + app actually open. Sometimes they still don't come through.

Is the cellular data connection setting still on when you're using wifi?

No, it is not. I have tried both ways, neither work. I am at a loss.

We want to make sure you are able to use all the features available for our application. Let's figure out what is going on. What kind of phone do you have? Are the device and application on the most recent software available? Does this happen to all Wi-Fi connections? Since this started, have you tried clearing the application's cache?

Message+ is no longer available for use with Windows 7.    It is only available for Windows 8 and Windows 10 now
