My incoming and outgoing messages (to the same persons) are showing up in different threads. How do i fix this??? This issue started today.
Having your text messages split into two threads sounds very difficult to read, CatrinaRWilliams. Let's get to the bottom of this. What make and model phone do you have? Had anything changed on your device today (i.e. software update, Verizon Messages update, etc.) right before this began today? If you use your phone's default messaging application, does this happen on that application as well?
