Anybody have an answer to this problem yet? It's been many months since the last post to this thread. Like the other posters, the badge on my Windows 10 PC is showing 7, but there are no unread texts. Badge works fine on my Samsung S8+ mobile.
We're faithfully paying our bills each month, but not seeing any indication that customers are appreciated. What's up Verizon?
