HI Ag3ntX,
Please try these steps to refresh the App :1 Go to Applications Manager>Verizon Messages - Select ‘Clear Cache’. [Be careful not to select Data]; 2 Go to Application Manager> Select Google Play Store – Select ‘Clear Data’. 3.You should also delete old Group conversations and photos in the app to reduce lag.
If the issue continues, please let me know

Alie,
I cleared the cache in Message+, deleted Data in Google Play, opened up Google Play > searched for Verizon Messages > it displayed "Open" > I opened it > Settings > Manage Devices > It still displays "No devices are associated with your Primary PhoneNumber". It then lists my phone number in the "Primary Device" section and nothing under "Connected Devices".
I am about to give up already.
