Why can't I clear my notifications?

Just a few weeks ago, I posted a help question for how to "Mark All Messages as Read" with Verizon Message+ and found out how to do it... however, I am having the same problem as before: It seems to not mark them all as read when I am using Go Launcher and Next Launcher (same company).  See the pic below - there are always 78 unread messages.  I will follow up with the "Go" folks as well.  Thank you!

HI emtownsend1,

The only way to 'mark all as read' in the app is 'tap on 1 avatar to open the drop down; select the 'read' icon'.

You are correct to check the GO and see what posts are on their Play Store page. Others might be experiencing this, or similar, issues that GO is working on.
