Why does message plus crash on my second samsung tab a wi fi enabled only

Message plus works on s8 and first samsung tab a....crashes on second tab a. Both tablets WiFi only.

Have cleaned cache, removed older version, and uninstalled and reinstalled?

Robase70, being able to use Message Plus is a must. Let's get this figured out. What model Samsung Tablet is this? Are you getting an error message when trying to use this tablet?

no...just starts up then blanks out. Have cleaned app cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, cleaned date?? Work on s8 and other Samsung tab a.
