This has never been an issue in the past - all SMS messages sent to my phone synced perfectly with the web app, which is all I use besides my iPhone.
As of about 4 pm today, my previously full inbox on the web app is suddenly empty, and will not show any messages that I receive on my phone. I've tried unsubscribing so I can re-subscribe, only to receive a system error code. I send a message from the web app, then if I refresh the page it disappears.
The same issue is being had with every other phone number on the shared family account that I'm in.
My friend who uses the same web based integrated messaging service is having no issue whatsoever.
What's the deal here? Is the system down for a number of accounts?
I am having the same issue. It worked last night!
Good to know I am not alone. It's odd, because it affects every line on the account. But others I know who go through Verizon and use the message service are having no issue whatsoever. I hope it is just a bug and will resolve itself. I'd hate to lose months worth of messages.
When did yours begin?
I noticed it a few hours ago (I didn't use online messages during the day). I tried to re-boot my computer and that didn't help. I even tried using different web browsers and that didn't help either.
