I downloaded Verizon Messages app on my iPhone. It was working fine. I reset my phone to factory settings for repair. When I tried to open the app after reinstall, it asked for my phone number again to send a security code. But I never receive the security code. I've tried deleting and reinstalling and a new SIM card.

Never
