Why is my phone sending an Automatic text ?

Several times I have seen that an automatic text response was sent from my mobile device.  It says "You need Pro or Elite to use this feature"

It has been sent to people I have texted in the past.

Anyone have any ideas on this?

Have you installed any new apps recently?

A quick google search brought me here: https://www.windowsbbs.com/threads/you-need-pro-to-use-this-feature.109222/  - wiping your cache partition may help.
