Why is the Verizon Messages App not showing my texts Sent From my PC?

I am using the Verizon Messages app on my S6 and the Verizon Messages+ PC Program. When I send a text to someone from the Messages+ PC program, it says its delivered, but it is not showing on my app. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Thank you.

This is ALIE with Verizon Messages.

Sometimes that happens when something happened on the back end and the PC app did not install properly.

I suggest that you uninstall the PC app then reinstall it.
