Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Why is the desktop app not syncing?

Message+ for PC desktop will not sync.   I have already uninstalled, rebooted, and reinstalled.  Any other suggestions?

To rule this out, did you set the PC app to send notifications- Main Menu>Settings>Notifications?

If you are still having an issue with the PC App, please uninstall the version on your PC.

Then, install the app from the 'download desktop app' link on the Verizon page as illustrated on this USER GUIDE.

PC - Use Messages+ on your desktop PC

If you continue to have issues, just let us know.

I did as instructed, but the desktop app did not sync, even after I let it try overnight.  I was able to get the app from the Windows Store to work;however, the Windows Store app does not appear to give notifications when messages arrive.

To rule this out, did you set the PC app to send notifications- Main Menu>Settings>Notifications?
