Verizon rep, What we are asking for is if the Desktop Message+ app for Windows has support for Proxy servers. It has been confirmed already that they are not having issues outside their work network. It's also pretty evident that everyone already knows exactly what the issue is. How to set the program to go through a proxy server would be useful information, or even a response of if this is even possible.
Thanks mnswhit & community. At this time it does not appear as though it is possible to set a proxy for the messaging app. Your feedback is greatly appreciated because it seems as though this is something that is desired. We will be sure to submit your feedback to our internal software teams.
