I know you can block up to five numbers online using your verizon account. I was wondering though, if I should be receiving some sort of email and/or text message confirmation once I block a number online to know that it worked? I blocked a number earlier today and didn't receive a text or email confirmation. I have a iphone 4S, if that helps.

When you put in the number to be blocked in your on-line My Verizon account, you should have seen a pop-up that said that the change was made. That's usually the only notification you'll receive; I've sometimes received an e-mail, but not always.
