The option to view your Cloud information on another phone is only available when not using the My Verizon app. You would be able to view your Cloud information by signing into your My Verizon account through our website, on any other phone, computer or tablet.

Each line needs its own MyVerizon account online login credentials to access line specific items like Contacts and Verizon Cloud. Are you logging with the login for that particular line?
