I need to save an entire text string for a judge to look at to prove promissory estoppel. Does anyone know how to do this? I was able to "save" the message string as a .vzn file, but its compatible with NOTHING!! I have been completely unsuccessful at finding a program to translate it. I have tried to use the cloud, but cannot pull any messages off the verizon website, only photos, contacts, music, etc.
Please help!
I would suggest checking out the various SMS Backup applications available in the Play Store. A number of them can backup to email. Others backup to an xml file which you can open with Internet Explorer or Excel.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
Great advice. I searched through and found the least intrusive app to be SMS to Text by SMeiTi.
It was very simple to use and very quick. It sent the file as a .txt so it was very easy to convert and format in MS excel.
Thanks again!
don't delete that file or lose device or delete that text until your case is clear just in case JUDGE want to see to verify from phone .
