We never want you to miss out on messages webbchris. I would love to help. Were the messages backed up using our Cloud? You can log in at www.verizonwireless.com/myverizon to see dates and times of messages. You can also see backed up messages.

If you don't have the phone itself and it wasn't backed up to the Verizon Cloud or to other cloud storage using one of the many SMS Backup applications available in the Play Store, the messages are not retrievable.

FYI it was really hard to decipher your posts. Please try to avoid text shorthand on forums.
