I'm sorry to learn that you have difficulties viewing text messages in the Verizon Message+ App, AMCas. I am committed to resolving your messaging concerns as soon as possible. I understand that you are now using the Samsung Messaging App (http://spr.ly/6585EufhX). Are you able to see your messages with the Samsung Messaging App? If yes, are you planning on using the Samsung Messaging App going forward?
Would like to do some troubleshooting with the Verizon Message+ App (http://spr.ly/6586Eufhk) and use that app instead?
